    • How do I sign up and log in?

      Create an account using your email and password. After verifying via email, you’ll select your shop to receive a session token scoped to that location and your role.

    • How can I reset my password?

      Click “Forgot password?” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the secure link we send you to set a new password.

    • How do I create and close table sessions?

      Scan the table’s QR code or create a session manually. All orders tie to that session — it closes automatically once payment is processed.

    • Can I manage multiple tables and shops?

      Yes! Owners/Admins can switch between shops and track multiple open table sessions per location in real time.

    • How do I process payments?

      Once an order is ready, select “Pay” in the session. Supported gateways settle the transaction and automatically close the table session.

    • How do I manage my menu?

      Owners/Admins can add, edit, or remove menu items — including variants, sizes, and add‑ons — via the Menu Management dashboard.

    • Does Origin Food House include a Kitchen Display System?

      Yes. Order tickets are grouped by table session and pushed live to your kitchen display for instant preparation tracking.
